Role Description

We’re hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help new customers get up and running confidently on our SaaS platforms.

This role is primarily focused on customer onboarding and live training calls. Technical support is included, but it is secondary. If you enjoy working with people, explaining software clearly, and helping customers feel successful from day one, this role is a great fit.

This is a remote position, and working hours must align with Eastern Standard Time (EST). Our customers are primarily businesses across Canada.

The role will start part‑time, with the potential to grow into a full‑time position over time.
