This role involves organizing customer escalations, expedites, and allocations to ensure fair and prioritized service for our growth customers, evaluating excess material for optimal disposition (sale, creative solutions, or scrap), managing customer returns, contributing to product lifecycle initiatives to optimize the catalog and reduce inventory burden, and assisting with special projects that benefit the Supply Chain team or enhance customer experience.
