Job Description

We’re a fully remote team of 25, looking for someone who thrives in a cross-functional role, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, and playing a key role in our Customer Operations team. You’ll be the face of the product in front of our customers/partners and bear the importance and expectations that come with it, as well as have a direct impact on business revenues and customer/partner outcomes.


Typical work timings will range from 5 PM- 2 AM or 6 PM- 3 AM IST


We’re looking for someone who

  • has a strong command over written and spoken English (typos/grammatical errors in resumes/emails will hurt your chances)
  • has 2-3 years of work experience in Tech/SaaS organisations
  • currently does not see themselves working for large-scale corporates & and wishes to stay away from the politics that come with it
  • can think quickly on their feet & are hungry to learn
  • open to working long hours in a relatively unstructured manner
  • has US experience (will be a bonus)


Note: This will not be a rotational shift and will be a permanent role.
