The Project
You will join our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely order-to-delivery process for international customers. You will act as the main point of contact, safeguard customer satisfaction, and coordinate effectively across internal departments.

What will the role entail?

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP, including order entry, modifications, confirmations, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, from order receipt to final delivery, liaising with logistics, warehouse, production, and finance teams.
