Responsible for managing accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, orders management, VAS and special requirements, logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs. Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
