We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2 B customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc..
Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences.
Credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation.
Key contact for accounts managment and internal departments.
Required
Degree in business administration or economics
Fluent in Spanish and English.
