What You Will Do


  • Territory Management: Oversee a customer sales territory in partnership with Sales and Account Managers, focusing on financial services products in Swiss German and German customers

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and issue resolution

  • Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial customer information system

  • Billing & Financial Oversight: Initiate invoicing processes and monitor dunning procedures and accruals to ensure financial accuracy

  • Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion
  • What You Bring

  • at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a middle or back-office environment
