Highlights of the roleIn this role, you will support the Customer Care Team by helping identify and reduce revenue loss while streamlining key operational processes to enhance efficiency and service accuracy. This is a full-time paid internship located in Glendale, AZ.Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026What you’ll be responsible for
  • Research and identify possible sources of non-revenue water (NRW) loss
  • Identify properties with multiple meters and consolidating them to a single account to streamline billing
  • Use the Maricopa County Assessor’s website to identify missing parcel numbers for properties in EPCOR’s Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills service territory
  • Identify water providers for EPCOR’s commercial wastewater-only accounts and making recommendations for data sharing agreements with those entities
