The Customer Program Manager acts as the primary liaison between the OEM and internal departments to ensure effective communication, timely service delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:


The objective of this role is to provide focused product specific support. This includes the following aspects:

  • OEM Relationship Management Primary point of contact for all OEM interaction outside of executive level, drive priority support and liaise with internal teams to understand program needs Detailed understanding of OEM License agreements (.
