Job Description
Scope Ensure successful execution of customer orders by consistently delivering projects on time, within scope, and within cost, while maximizing customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Core Processes and Key Responsibilities Execute and manage the customer order portfolio in full compliance with company processes, from project handover after tendering to project close-out, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. Act as the single point of contact for customers during the order execution phase, proactively managing expectations and ensuring clear, timely communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering, Sales, Project Buyers) to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
