Customer Project Manager and Order Coordinator

Scope Ensure successful execution of customer orders by consistently delivering projects on time, within scope, and within cost, while maximizing customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Core Processes and Key Responsibilities Execute and manage the customer order portfolio in full compliance with company processes, from project handover after tendering to project close-out, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. Act as the single point of contact for customers during the order execution phase, proactively managing expectations and ensuring clear, timely communication.
