The Senior Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently runs their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to handle performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Ericsson business case. Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
