The Customer Protection – Fraud and Scams team operates within Enterprise Customer Protection – Strategy and Intelligence. This team is responsible for preventing, detecting, and responding to fraud and scam incidents affecting Wealth and Lending and Everyday Banking customers, as well as providing support to customers who have been impacted.
