Job Description
Handle customer complaints and quality issues from start to closure
Prepare and submit 8D / problem-solving reports to customers
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, process, and supplier quality teams
Support failure analysis for returned units and warranty units
Track and reduce recurring customer issues and quality escapes
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer specific requirements
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
1–5 years’ experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality related
Experience handling customer complaints and 8D reports
Basic understanding of electronics / PCBA manufacturing
Familiar with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949 preferred)
Able to travel regularly for meeting and discussion with customer
