Your responsibilities

+ Close cooperation with the clients and representing the company in front of the client (audits, visits, teleconferences, technical support)

+ Handling of customer complaints (8D)

+ Keeping databases and preparing statistics on the complaint process

+ Conducting key defect analyzes and reporting the results

+ Solving current quality and operational problems

+ Supervision of quality costs

+ Solving quality problems in the production process and in the finished product

+ Assessment and supervision of the approving process of production parts for PPAP/PPA production

+ Creation and modification of control plans

+ Development and supervision of quality documentation in the process
