**Descripción y Requisitos**
The Customer Quality Engineer is the First Quality Contact person with all of the customers. Their overall job deEscrituraion is to represent the company in front of the customer. They are also the voice of the customer as it comes back to the company. (Via Audits, Complaints, visits, teleconferences, and technical support).
Roles include but not limited to:
- Understand and ensure compliance to the customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process’s
- Handling of Customer Complaints (Verbal/Written). To Organize/lead the team and follow it through the completion and report out of the 8D /A3 for the customer in a timely fashion.
- Escalate Problems to the correct level to ensure proper and timely response
- Setup and monitor Containment activities and communicate internally/externally as required.
