Responsibilities
  • Single point of contact at an Autoliv manufacturing facility for the customer
  • Responsible at the plant for Quality information management to the customer
  • Coordinates on-site sorting activities at the customer facility in relation with the internal activities
  • Requests the return of the defective products and manages the parts at reception
  • Coordinates the problem solving for all customer quality concerns. Interfaces with the customer and the problem-solving team
