Customer Quality Engineer

Overview

Generate Quality Checklist per respective customers and other documents related to quality. Establish and review customer PPAP, Quality Plan/ Process Flow and Management Plan (PMP) to meet customer requirements and conduct periodical review of Quality Plan/ PMP. Coordinate periodical FMEA review. Generate shop floor control system routing, BOM and shop floor related control matters. Coordinate component and circuit card assembly (CCA) purges. Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for customer feedback. Certify and perform as customer Designated Quality Representative (DQR) Job Requirement.
