Job Description
Overview
Manage customer quality complaints promptly & lead problem-solving activities.
Communicate and response effectively with customers regarding quality issues, investigations, reports and follow ups.
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Production) in performing failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Implement corrective actions, preventive actions, and Poka Yoke solutions for internal rejects and customer feedback.
Coordinate continuous improvement programs (quality) across all areas of the plant to meet customer requirements and expectations
Apply quality tools and methodologies 8D, FMEA, SPC, and other standard procedures.
Work closely with engineering, productions, suppliers, and process owners to drive quality improvements.
Monitor and report on quality performance, trends, and improvement.
Support & participate internal and lead external / customer audits.
