Job Description

Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers on quality and technical matters

Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and 8D problem-solving for customer complaints, internal issues, and supplier non-conformances

Establish, implement, and maintain inspection and testing processes to ensure products meet drawing, dimensional, and customer requirements

Prepare and submit quality documentation including inspection reports, FAI, PPAP, and customer-required samples

Manage incoming material quality and coordinate supplier quality improvements

Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of QC control systems

Quality Management System & Compliance

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements

Coordinate internal quality audits and support audit readiness for external and customer audits
