About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our modern manufacturing site in Martorell, Spain . You will act as a key interface between Lear and our customers, ensuring all quality standards are met and exceeding customer expectations. Support daily quality operations and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as main quality representative for customer-related issues and inquiries
