- The Customer Quality Engineer will be supporting the Americas sales team by providing technical expertise on the company’s product portfolio of automation components, mainly Solid State Relays and Motor controllers.
- He/She will be responsible for developing a strong technical link between the sales team and the R&D department.

Technical Expertise and Support**- Provide guidance and expertise to the sales team on technical issues.
- Providing feedback about customer-used cases to the R&D department.-

- Holds an electrical or electronics engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
