**Job Description Summary**

Reporting to the Customer Quality Relation manager, the Customer Quality Relation Specialist, will be responsible for executing key post-market activities, such as ensuring efficient local product complaint process & follow up with customers, and other PMQ tasks, for all BDX Business Units mainly in France & Benelux but not only, in line with the regulatory environment & internal processes

+ **Support Business Units:** Assist BDX business units and stakeholders in customer communications.
