Customer Quality Support Representative (Delivery Center)

We are seeking a dedicated Boeing Customer Quality Support Representative to provide IETM-level support for the United States Army and international customers of the AH-64 and AH-6 rotorcraft. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, modify, and provide IETM-level support to the United States Army and international customers for AH-64 and AH-6 rotorcraft.
  • Serve as a Quality representative for AH-64 and AH-6 customers, specifically for post-DD250 aircraft.
  • Communicate directly with DCMA, customer representatives, and International/USG field units to address quality concerns.
  • Coordinate containment efforts and ensure stakeholder awareness and involvement across Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams.
