The Role 


Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Customer Quality Technician to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.


The key responsibilities of this Customer Quality Technician include, but are not limited to:



  • Technical support of customer quality issues/escapes

  • Regular communication with customer via phone, email, and occasional on-site visits

  • Customer quality documentation review through PO’s

  • Support of corrective action responses based on customer escape issues and data

  • RMA product review and disposition

  • Maintain a working knowledge of product workmanship standards & quality procedures manual

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specs. , and documents

  • Screening/inspecting product on-site at cust...
