The Role
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Customer Quality Technician to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.
The key responsibilities of this Customer Quality Technician include, but are not limited to:
- Technical support of customer quality issues/escapes
- Regular communication with customer via phone, email, and occasional on-site visits
- Customer quality documentation review through PO’s
- Support of corrective action responses based on customer escape issues and data
- RMA product review and disposition
- Maintain a working knowledge of product workmanship standards & quality procedures manual
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specs. , and documents
