Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Reference Manager for our client. This role will own and scale our customer advocacy strategy across Southeast Asia and JAPAC. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that blends sales influence, content creation, executive relationship management, and storytelling.
This role is designed for a true unicorn profile — someone equally strong in CXO-level engagement, strategic program leadership, and hands-on content production. You will define and execute the regional customer reference strategy, recruit and manage executive advocates, and translate customer success into compelling, high-impact narratives that accelerate revenue, brand trust, and market leadership.
