Join the Autohub Group of Companies' team as a Customer Relation Officer in our Paco Manila City Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
What you'll be doing
Provide friendly and efficient customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues and escalating where necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Assist with the processing of orders, returns, and other customer-related transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
