  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and understanding of their needs to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers accordingly.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure smooth processing of customer orders and coordinate timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, resolved issues, and feedback for management review.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecast reports.
