Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and understanding of their needs to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth processing of customer orders and coordinate timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, resolved issues, and feedback for management review.
- Assist in preparing sales forecast reports.
