Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dibrugarh East, for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing client communication, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and providing support to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Additionally, the role requires tracking client feedback, delivering reports, and supporting the implementation of client-focused strategies. Qualifications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Customer service orientation and ability to address client needs proactively
Expert In Cold Calling
Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to manage various client accounts
Knowledge of marketing, and event management practices is preferred
Strong analytical skills for tracking client satisfaction and providing actionable insights
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Experience managing cross-functional collaborations and team coordination
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
