Job Description
- Contract Duration: 9 Months (Jan 2026 – Sept 2026)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Industry: Main Contractor / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between project team and residents/tenants
- Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner
- Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works
- Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of community engagement activities
- Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues
- Maintain feedback records and follow‑up status for reporting
- Provide general administrative support for site operations
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and customer-service mindset
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced site environment
- Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
