Customer Relations Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for processing over-the-counter transactions, inward/outward clearing checks, remittances and transactions related to branch operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.

• Minimum of 3 years banking experience required.

• Preferably with experience in a foreign bank and familiarity with Cash & Remittance and Branch transactions.

• Strong background in KYC, client onboarding and account maintenance

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processes deposits and withdrawals, telegraphic transfers and cashier's order. Ensures correctness and accuracy of required information on the said transactions.
