Job Summary
- To engage with customers via phone to drive sales, build relationships, and provide information, acting as a direct line for the company to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth interaction with customer from booking to delivery
- Make frequent outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about new products, services, promotions, or discounts.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Follow call scripts and established procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Customer-focused, patient, resilient (handling rejection), organized, and detail-oriented.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is often beneficial.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software is often required.
