Job Summary

  • To engage with customers via phone to drive sales, build relationships, and provide information, acting as a direct line for the company to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth interaction with customer from booking to delivery

  • Make frequent outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Inform customers about new products, services, promotions, or discounts.
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales.
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
  • Follow call scripts and established procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and loyalty. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills:  Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes:  Customer-focused, patient, resilient (handling rejection), organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:  Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is often beneficial.
  • Tools:  Familiarity with CRM software is often required.
