Before becoming an agent, I worked as an underwriting supervisor, which gave me a strong foundation in policy management and customer service. I'm a proud San Diego State University graduate, and family means everything to me - I have three kids, and two of them are also State Farm agents. Our office is well-established and known throughout the community; over the years, we've been deeply involved in local schools, churches, and neighborhood events. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Beach - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Our office is located in Escondido. Our office is open 9a-5p. I have been a State Farm agent since 1979. I am a proud graduate of San Diego State. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 100 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
