The Insurance Retention Specialist plays a key role in keeping customers engaged and supported. This position focuses on setting appointments, reviewing policies with clients to ensure there are no gaps or needed updates, and building long-term relationships that encourage loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with customers to review policies.
- Conduct policy reviews to confirm accurate coverage and identify any gaps or needed changes.
- Handle calls from customers considering cancellation and offer solutions to retain them.
- Make outbound calls (birthday, claims follow-ups, win-back calls).
- Support new customer onboarding for a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention efforts.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail when reviewing policies.
- Organized and able to manage scheduling and follow-ups.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
