Job Description:
The Insurance Retention Specialist plays a key role in keeping customers engaged and supported. This position focuses on setting appointments, reviewing policies with clients to ensure there are no gaps or needed updates, and building long-term relationships that encourage loyalty.



Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments with customers to review policies.

  • Conduct policy reviews to confirm accurate coverage and identify any gaps or needed changes.

  • Handle calls from customers considering cancellation and offer solutions to retain them.

  • Make outbound calls (birthday, claims follow-ups, win-back calls).

  • Support new customer onboarding for a smooth experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Attention to detail when reviewing policies.

  • Organized and able to manage scheduling and follow-ups.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
