Pay Range: $51,124- $74,293
Note: Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range
Supports HMSA's mission and vision by driving consistency in operations through the development and facilitation of eLearning materials that are current, accurate, relevant, and effective. Assess, develop, evaluate, implement, and deliver training and development programs for the business units within the Customer Relations department, to include coaching and consulting to close department skill gaps.
