Are you an engineer with a strong customer satisfaction orientation and a passion for quality? Do you have experience in managing technical meetings, audits, and validations with customers? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Customer Relationship Engineer role!


As a Customer Relationship Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
  • Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
  • Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
  • Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
  • Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
  • Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
  • Validating and accepting the packaging range

Your profile

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Engineer
  • Strong problem solving methodology and it's application
  • PPAP Methodology
  • VDA 6.3
  • Customer Focus
  • Drive for results
  • Leadership under pressure
  • English advanced
