Job Description – Customer relationship Executive
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Make calls to potential clients to generate leads for Pre-Engineered Building solutions. (inbound and outbound)
• Share basic information about pre-engineered buildings.
• Answer customer queries or connect them to the right person in the sales team.
• Keep a record of calls and customer details in the system.
• Regular Follow ups with the customers.
• Assist sales team with the prospective leads.
• Work towards daily and weekly call targets.
• Communicate professionally with all customers.
• Assist sales team with documentation works.
Education
Diploma / Degree
Experience
Freshers / 1 Year in Construction Field.
