Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Trichy
Total Vacancies: 10 Positions
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Language Requirements:

  • 7 Positions: English + Hindi (Mandatory)

  • 1 Position: Malayalam + English (Hindi optional)

  • 1 Position: Telugu + English (Hindi optional)

  • 1 Position: Marathi + Hindi + English

  • Role Overview:

    The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) plays a vital role in managing customer engagement across B2C and B2B channels. The position demands strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling abilities to ensure smooth interaction with end customers, dealers, and the internal sales team.
    The role involves 80% focus on B2C activities—direct customer interaction, tele-marketing, post-sales service, and promotional campaigns—and 20% on B2B activities, including regional dealer development and coordination with the Business Development Team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Handling (B2C):

  • Attend and manage consumer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

  • Maintain and update CRM records for leads, orders, and service requests.

  • Manage product promotions, customer feedback collection, and follow-up communication.

  • Provide post-sales support and technical guidance to customers.

  • Execute tele-marketing campaigns and assist with promotional activities.

  • Regional Business Support (B2B):

  • Identify, appoint, and manage exclusive regional dental dealers.

  • Support dealers with regular product updates, clinical data, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with the Business Development Team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain clinical, marketing, and dealer communication data accurately.

  • Doctor & Clinic Communication:

  • Engage with dentists and clinics through calls and messages for product promotion.

  • Convert potential leads into active customers through persuasive communication.

  • Assist in clinical promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate with regional dealers for timely order closures and delivery follow-ups.

  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences).

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, tele-marketing, or inside sales.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

  • Positive mindset and customer-oriented approach.
