Customer Relationship Management Analyst

We’re building a world-class sales engine — and we’re looking for a smart, structured Sales Assistant to support us in scaling faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Keep our Salesforce CRM clean, accurate, and always up to date
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance and campaigns
• Research ICPs, CPs, and key accounts — and build smart outbound lists
• Automate repetitive tasks using Make.com , AI assistants, and native integrations
• Collaborate directly with the CRO and sales team on outreach campaigns and performance analysis

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Perplexity, etc.) for research and productivity
