Customer Relationship Management Coordinator

Duration: Starts with 6 Months with extension

Location: 100% remote role

Preferred Language: Danish, German, Norwegian, or Swedish (and English)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute 2-3 weekly email campaigns spanning multiple territories.
• Manage and send approximately 20 push notifications monthly across covered regions.
• Develop and coordinate 3-4 In-App Campaigns per month.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, content, and other variables to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with localization agencies to manage multi-language setups and creative assets.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable for campaign planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Build and manage email templates using HTML and apply liquid logic within Braze and Salesforce platforms.
