Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analyst supports the development and execution of CRM initiatives: turn data into insights, segments, and dashboards that power lifecycle journeys, data valuation, and actionable next steps leading to conversion and loyalty. The data analyst will support the unified or single customer view (SCV), build RFM/CLTV models, and prove incremental impact of CRM. The CRM Data Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the end-to-end execution from collection, cleaning, analysis of data, and preparation of insightful reports that support business strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Unified or Single Customer View (SCV)

  • Support the cleaning, governance and consolidation of all commercial data into a single, comprehensive profile to enable personalized marketing, enhance customer experience, and facilitate data-driven decision-making
