Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to post handover while coordinating effectively with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage reservation forms, SPAs and all required sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for Oqood registrations.
  • Track the full customer lifecycle from booking to handover.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments for timely updates.
  • Handle documentation, payment schedules, and CRM software efficiently.
  • Support post-sales activities, including registration, DLD processes, PRO services, handovers, and Oqood registrations
