Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Insights professional to join our Digital & Customer Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in translating customer data into actionable insights that drive lifecycle marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in customer analytics, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations. You will work closely with sales, marketing, Customer Service team to influence decision‑making across the customer journey—from acquisition and engagement to retention and loyalty.
