EXL CRM Marketing Specialist – Fan Engagement Are you passionate about creating experiences that fans love? A leading international sports league is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Fan Engagement Marketing team and help us connect with fans around the world. In this role, you’ll own the full CRM lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization—across email, SMS, and push channels. You’ll turn data, insights, and fan behaviors into campaigns that grow audiences, increase engagement, and drive results.
