Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in the Greater Buenos Aires area or in Bogotá. The goal is for the CRM Specialist to play a key role in improving our CRM system, analyzing customer data, and developing processes to enhance our customer acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools, with prior experience working with HubSpot;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in Sales and customer engagement strategies;
- Project Management experience; and
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
