Were Hiring Customer Relation Manager (Female Candidates Only)


Location: Chembur, Mumbai


Work Mode: In-Person


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: As Per Company Norms


Key Responsibilities:


Address and resolve customer complaints related to real estate projects


Keep accurate records of grievances and follow-ups


Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, CRM, Projects, etc.) for issue resolution


Ensure customer issues are resolved in line with company policies and RERA guidelines


Provide timely updates to customers regarding their concerns


Support in possession and handover processes


Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements


Key Skills & Requirements:


Strong communication & interpersonal skills


Good conflict resolution and negotiation abilities


Customer-first mindset with attention to detail


Familiarity with real estate documentation & handover procedures


Proficiency in CRM tools and grievance management systems


Knowledge of RERA guidelines is a plus


Experience: 3+ years preferred
