- As Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering retention revenue targets and building strong customer relationships with the goal of reaching trusted partner status. You will own the complete customer lifecycle from month one through to renewal, working closely with customer experience and success colleagues to deliver a frictionless JATO experience.
