What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across our footprint of MNOs
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Oversee customer onboarding, service delivery, and offboarding
Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer projects
Ensure seamless contract management and legal compliance
Act as the go-to expert for customer-related matters
