Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls Address customer queries and concerns professionally Provide accurate information & ensure customer satisfaction Maintain call records and follow company standards Deliver excellent customer service at all times Qualification Any Graduation (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply) Salary Details Freshers: 16,000 17,000 (In-hand) LPA Experienced: Up to 26,000 (In-hand) LPA Shift TimingsFor Male Candidates: Between 7:00 AM to 12:30 AM (Any -hour shift)For Female Candidates: Between 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Any -hour shift) Working Days & Week Offs 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week Offs
