Customer Service Representative (Outbound Sales)– HVAC Call Center Process
The ideal candidate is a strong closer, confident in English, and comfortable handling US customers over calls.
Location: Mohali Sector-67, India
Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during winter | 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during summer)
Working Days: Monday–Friday (Sat & Sun Off during winters) | 6 Days During Summer (Including Saturdays)
