Customer Relationship Manager – Perth, Murchison, South West

PABT is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our Perth-based team servicing the Southwest and Murchison. This role will drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and oversee service delivery for our slurry pump solutions in the local mining and industrial sectors. You will serve as the primary liaison between PABT and our valued clients, ensuring outstanding support while identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise, promote, and sell PABT slurry pump solutions, including the flagship Curve® range and other product lines
• Actively manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide local service coordination, including audits, installation support, maintenance, spare parts supply, and breakdown response
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Kalgoorlie region, converting leads into projects
